Signing Ceremony
The signing ceremony regarding the investment was held under the auspices of Adem Kula, Secretary General of the Union of Turkish Chambers of Commerce and Industry, with the participation of Karavan CEO and Co-Founder Islam Shakhbandarov, Karavan Co-Founder Memiş Yetim, and StartupCentrum Co-Founders Müge Bezgin and Nizamettin Sami Harputlu.
What is Karavan?
Karavan is a next-generation digital trade and logistics infrastructure that combines the trade, logistics, finance, and customs operations of exporting companies on a single platform. It aims to enable SMEs to access international markets faster, more transparently, and at lower costs.
Initial Results
The first export transaction worth 510 thousand dollars conducted with Bolçi during the closed beta process was successfully completed. This result concretely demonstrates the operational capacity and market readiness of the platform.
Regional Goal
Karavan aims to play a key role in increasing the trade volume between Turkey and Turkic States to 100 billion dollars. In this regard, cooperation agreements have been signed with TCCI and the Alliance of Turkish World Logistics.
