Commercial Electronic Message Disclosure

If you give commercial message consent, your identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) shared with KARAVAN DIŞ TİCARET TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Karavan") will be processed by Karavan to be used in marketing and campaign communications, limited to the following purposes: sending you electronic commercial messages through the channels you have approved including SMS, telephone and e-mail; carrying out activities aimed at user/customer satisfaction; conducting marketing and analysis work; carrying out advertising, campaign and promotion processes; offering special opportunities to users by Karavan's business partners; and carrying out activities that enhance the user experience. This processing is based on the commercial electronic message consent requirement pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and, limited to the activity of sending electronic commercial messages, on the legal ground of explicit consent pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
